Hi Graphics (HG) High Gloss aqueous flexographic inks are custom formulated to meet the imprinting requirements of titanium-coated liner board typically used in the agricultural market. These high strength inks produce vibrant colors on white stock and can be formulated for any press configuration.

Hi Graphics (HG) High Gloss inks can be applied in thin films for sharp clean prints, dry quickly and exhibit high smear and scuff resistance. They can be matched to GCMI colors and are also available in Pantone and specialty colors, low copper formulations and pearlescents as an alternative to metallics.

The fast dry system of these inks is designed for printing non-absorbent substrates on two roll presses. They use anilox roll line screens ranging from 200 to 300 and BCMs of 6.5 to 9. The inks clean up easily and will not plug anilox screens or dry hard plates. Performance features include:
