NewTrol aqueous flexographic inks are specifically formulated to run at neutral pH values.  Therefore, no pH measurement or adjustment has to be made at the press.  Water should be the only necessary additive at the press.  NewTrol inks have been proven to provide superior press stability over long press runs. NewTrol inks can be matched to Pantone, or specialty colors.  Special matches can be custom formulated for specific press configurations and special substrates. Typically, the inks run on two-roll and bladed presses using anilox roll line screens ranging from 200 to 600 and BCMs of 4.5 to 9. The inks clean up easily and will not plug anilox screens or dry hard on plates. Performance features include:

• High Transfer - Good color densities
• Cleaner Printing - Less downtime to clean plates
• Low Barium - No barium is intentionally added to the formulations
