Bond-Rite is a new line of solvent based flexographic and gravure inks for lamination applications. This line of inks is formulated to provide excellent adhesion and bond strength characteristics in a broad range of colors for a wide variety of lamination films. Bond-Rite inks can be matched to a full range of colors at appropriate strengths and viscosities in order to suit various press and anilox roll configurations. This system can also be used for many reverse print applications.

The actual bond strengths achieved will depend upon the nature of the substrate, adhesive and processes involved. It is advisable that the specific combinations be evaluated by your nearest Color Resolutions International technical representative in order to formulate the best solution for the specific color and bond strength requirements.
Suggested Solvent Blends:
- Gravure: Straight Ethyl or n-Propyl Acetate with up to a 50% blend of Ethyl or n-Propyl alcohol
- Flexo: 80/20 blend of Ethyl or n-Propyl Alcohol with Ethyl or n-Propyl Acetate
End Use: Reverse printed and laminated films
