Poly Value aqueous flexographic inks are designed for printing on treated polyethylene-film used in the production of bags. They are formulated to run in a wide range of press speeds and on equipment with anilox, plate, rubber roll, and reverse angle doctor blade configurations. Poly Value inks offer excellent adhesion to Polyethylene at 38-44 dyne treatment levels, exhibit good water resistance, print clean and sharp, dry fast and allow for matching of strong intense colors. They are also available in gold and silver metallic formulations. The inks are suitable for in-plant blending, clean up easily with water and will not plug anilox screen rolls or dry hard on plates if cleaned immediately. Important performance features include:
