Poly V aqueous flexographic inks are formulated to provide excellent printing characteristics and product resistance on polyethylene-coated board containers. They print sharp and clean and are available in both Pantone colors and special matches.
Poly V inks give excellent adhesion to polycoated board at 38 – 44 dyne treatment levels, exhibit very low odor/taste contribution to milk, tea and non-carbonated beverages, and possess outstanding resistance to aggressive chain lubricate cleaners.
The inks are suited to high press speeds, will not plug anilox screen rolls or dry hard on plates if cleaned immediately after use and are available either as finished formulations or bases for inplant blending. Important performance features include:
